GENERAL TERMS OF SALE - KULT PARIS
ARTICLE 1: SCOPE These terms exclusively govern sales made by KULT PARIS through its online store. Placing an order implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY Our products are offered while stocks last.
- "EU Stock" products: Immediate availability.
- "PRE-ORDER" products: Availability depends on our partners. If an item is unavailable after ordering, the customer will be refunded in full within 72 hours. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding on the seller (minor colour variations possible).
ARTICLE 3: PRICES Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes. Shipping costs are calculated before the order is finally confirmed. KULT PARIS reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
ARTICLE 4: SECURE PAYMENT Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and Apple Pay. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Products remain the property of KULT PARIS until the price has been paid in full.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY The lead times stated (48 hours for stock items, 5-10 days for pre-orders) are usual average times. KULT PARIS cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delivery delay not attributable to it (strikes, customs, loss by the carrier). Risk passes to the customer as soon as the products are handed to the carrier.
ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS) In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Mandatory conditions: The product must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and with all security labels intact.
Refund: After a quality check, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days. Return costs are borne by the customer.
ARTICLE 7: LEGAL GUARANTEES All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-4 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the French Civil Code), allowing the customer to return products delivered defective or non-conforming.
ARTICLE 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All elements of the KULT PARIS website (texts, images, logo, graphic identity) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of KULT PARIS. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 9: GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
